@Super Martin - Everyone should aim to be the best at what they do, determination and ambition can only better someone in what they do, not that you cannot do it for fun, but I also feel that if you choose a career , it should be fun as well, but you should also work for a larger goal, considering you (as in anyone, not you directly) can NEVER be perfect.

@ both, let's not argue , or do it VM/PM. Let's try to (if nothing else, remain productive, the outcome of Mine and Scrcrw posts were atleast productive , and may land some results, your arguments are just going to lead to a flame war)

Martin I like the advertising idea too.
I think it should be a banner contest,
and the winner gets to have it displayed on the main page if Dave approves.
Maybe for like a week, or if Dabe really likes it, indefinitely.
At least people will try really hard,
and have a little bit of incentive after their hard work.
Just an idea, maybe you can run it by Dave.

i personally would love a photo comp, but i know its not gonna happen cause im the only person with a good camera and have the knowledge to take more than a snap shot as one would call it
