Please help
I have been having serious blue screens, One day this popped up

That was it, What should I do?

Delete temp files and run registry scan?

install vipre antvirus and scan your pc

Ccleaner and hijack this. Scan both registry and the reg scan on ccleaner. Scan on hijack this, select everything besides things that you know don't need to be deleted, like antivirus.
