CS5 Plug-ins Wont Load

Any additional plug-ins I have downloaded will not show in the menu. I take the plugin file go to Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop CS5 (64bit)>Plug-ins. I paste the plug-in file accordingly load CS5 and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...

If you're using my TUT (fractalius) it only works for 32bit afaik

Ah. Well so far I haven't found any plugins that specifically say "64-bit" so I am assuming the ones I have tried were only for 32. Then again I really haven't looked that hard for them either.

just look in your programfiles(x86)
