Ok this isn't working for me

I go into warrock and do the alt code for a character and nothing happens. It works fine outside warrock i dont know why it doesnt work

do i have to be holding another button because i hold alt and press 0246 or whatever on the num pad and nothing even shows up.

it works fine for some of my friends and they were sitting there runtiming the shit out of some people lol
