about making a UCE

i've been thinking about that recently and found a tutorial on here that could help me through it

but i wanted to know something first before starting that project...Even if i completely edit a lot of the coding, how detectable is CE? can they detect the CEHook.dll thats injected even if renamed and all that stuff?
