So today, in the morning I noticed I have a giant blister on the back side of my foot. So now when I walk it hurts like hell. I tried to pop it but its just some flabby skin. How can I get rid of it?

pull it off itll hurt, but its only a short period of time, then plaster it up
Diagnose it, then treat it. Without knowing wtf it is, you shouldn't try to get rid of it...

look at it , then stab it . so the air gets out of there .

I had this, take a scissor remove the skin and cover it up. Let it create new skin
If its definately a blister, then pop it get rid of the flabby skin spray antiseptic cream, then plaster it up. Simple.
Well there is no cream, or even water, I also just found out its on both feet 
I put bandages on both.

I don't think its my shoes, they are low top Converse
