[Solved]Low ping players only

I've tried making a private match, then my friend tried to join etc etc, i gave him my IP plus the correct plug 'n play autoforwarded port (28960), he connects to it and bam! ''Low ping players only''.

How can i disable this, or move the ping up so he can actually join?

Type in console:
sv_maxPing (Whatever ping you think is good that he won't be kicked for)

what's the command to lower the ping on all server.. I have 250-300ms Ping

Connect to a closer server or get s better connection.. I get about 50-80 to most servers..
