so does nexon ip ban people ? and bann all the accounts from that ip ?!

Ive never been ip banned and ive been using lots of vip's so.. i dont think so..

You can get IP Banned, but that can be fixed, with an IP Changer. But Nexon also bans Hardware, wich means, that your computers MAC-adress gets blocked, and you cant play CA anymore. It can be fixed by reinstalling operating system.
