windows 7 goes to basic theme, help pls :(

when i play in windowed mode my windows 7 theme goes to basic
how can i fix this?
anyone knows how?

(not sure if this will help ) Try and
1.go to your icon that you use to start the game But do not start it
2.Right Click the icon and choose properties
3.Click the Compatability Tab
4.Make Sure None Of The Boxes Are Ticked like disable visual themes ECT....

btw whats the prob if its going to basic ?:P just changes the theme

it goes basic due to call of duty 4 is an old game and doesnt support windows 7 theme's
