I will make a Fishing site a fake of Official War Rock Website -- Home i will fish many accounts and post it to mpgh.net but how can i make me a own online server for making this fihing site pls help me

Who ever told you you have to make your own server should be dead. You don't make your own server, you make your own PHP scripts for an Apache server. Try W3Schools Online Web Tutorials
