Error

Well I have an error when I load combat arms, right before you get too pick a channel when its loading it says file corrupted. Now I downloaded a super knife and replaced a file or something but then i deleted it and put back the normal gun_pv_melee file and now I can't get it too work. Can Someone please help me? or teamview me or something.
