The cap in KR is still only 70. So it will be a long time indeed before we see anything higher than that.
you should not hurry doing lvl 70 as the game content stops at lvl 60 if i recall correctly.. we only got episode 6? (correct me if i'm wrong) so there's no reason to lvl up to 70.. u can simply go 60's.. then farm for ap in low xp dungeons, max out all your skills this way and when new content is getting in u could probably enjoy the game 10-20 lvls by lvling legit.. have some fun

2. find a part with a large mob
3. Kill them
4. changemap_to_current_random_sector
5. repeat until the blue bar in your is where you want it to be
6. changelevel 2 to boss room and kill. etc
takes a bit longer that repeating dungeon over and over but gives you a nice amount of exp

at the bottom of your screen there should be a yellow line, as you kill mobs you will notice a blue bar starting to extend from that yellow line. This blue bar is the COMBAT experience gained so far into the run, the yellow bar represents your experience gained in general (how far you're into the level)
he's implying that you should spam kill mobs till the "blue bar" reaches the very right of the screen or close to it, indicating that you've gained enough combat exp to level up

Much faster just to spam runs of weeping queen.
