it didnt take my username/pass so i have to press the play offline button wheras in the vid he was able to use his username and pass to get in

o and when i try to do multiplayer it said user not premium

Every time I try to edit the file, it won't let me save

Copy the hosts file and paste it to the Desktop. Then edit it, save it and replace it with the original Hosts file on your disk.

Wtf, when i try to save after i edit hosts, it doesn't work. Says I need permission from an Administrator but my account is the only administrator

iirc the files is also set to read only. This may only be on my computer though.

disable UAC(even if you are an admin)
open with notepad
edit it
save

Paste your Hosts file to your Desktop, open it with Notepad, edit and save it. Then, replace it with existing Hosts file in the right directory (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc).
