!?! no /devmap anymore?

hi guys , me again (didn't know to post in same topic or make a new one so made a new one)
this time what i'm asking is
after i bought and downloaded the first strike and updated it
/devmap mp_stadium or ... won't enable cheats is that only for me or they patched it?

i don't know let me check
well commands are patched so far i know so..

and no god/noclip/ and I think r_fullbright also

god mode, give weapon, inf ammo still available. read only on default but you can still activate it..

if i do devmap it hangs on awaiting game state shit

its set to read only...but you can unlock it like every other dvar
