I try to do my Country S-u-r-v-e-y-s but I can't

When I Enter the site and do the S-u-r-v-e-y-s
I stiil got a massage "Not Complete yet"
And I complete It.

I am really want to be a VIP member cause I need the Combat Arms VIP Hacks If you can give me VIP Access I be very happy. Or Can give me Download link to the VIP Hakcs

I don't think there are any VIP hacks for Combat Arms at the moment. In fact - I don't think there are even any public hacks at the moment, due to the recent patch. Might be wrong about either, though.
