VMware installation

Hello! I downloaded the installer of VMware but when i run it,it's not showing anything. Just a grey screen into a frame and nothing. I tryed to create a link on my desktop and when i double-click it,it says that the lang fail could not be found. Now,I'm looking for this damn language file lol
Can somebody help meh? Please only serious answers.
