I have steam version
Well this is know, for me.
You run mw2/mw2 liberation as administrator?
Run Steam as administrator..
You run it in any compatibility? (mw2/mw2 liberation) If then don't else then do.
Be sure you only have it opened it once.
Your firewall blocks it ( I know AVG used to do this )
You have nat open( This may not be the main problem )
Be sure you use the newest version. ( Think it is 1.04 but maybe 1.05 is out )
