since yesterday i can't save loudouts, killstreaks and more

black ops is tripping, yesterday i tought i was resetted from 13/40 to 1st/1
and now im lvl 13th/1 and in the mean time lvl 30

but the point is, i can't save my weapon setups and can't choose killstreaks.
my playercard doesn't save, nothing saves. only my level

how can i fix this? its been like this for 24 hours

for anyone who ever gets this problem, i found the solution
i was afk leaving the game on the NORMAL MULTIPLAYER MENU
and when i came back i could save my shit again
