❓ YouTube Channel

Hello...

I want to ask:
How to do a YouTube Channel like THIS
How to make template, header, background and all other things?

The background is just all one image just layed out carefully. As for the header and such that is linked elsewhere I am not very sure.

Just design one really big picture
Headers and stuff I'm not sure.. I think its cuz its official Jbeibs channel or something

I searched in google and found out that first there was a thread then I handle it with photoshop, but only that I did not understand how to do or where the topic is taken, what amounts to a finished image, nothing concrete.

Otherwise know how to put just background
