Why dont you just call SS and talk to them? They can answer all your questions, and would probably be willing to help if your mom really was unfit.

or you could do this,
one day have a small video or sound recorder and start talking to ur mom about shit and she if u can get her to seem unfit as a mother

Actually checked, you cannot use that against her for anything because you have to be notified that its being recorded or something checked it lol.
