Compiler

Hey guys, I'm just starting C# Language and I was wondering if someone could give me a compiler. I have looked and I cannot find one. Also any tips on C# would be appreciated^^ Thanks, Bye.

Also, What Editor should I use? I have a couple.

Use Microsoft IDE, Visual C# Express or Visual Studio (Both either 2008 or 2010)
