- New pixelated Minecraft logo (no longer 3D blocks)
- Added tameable wolves
- Added Cookies
- Sleeping in a bed now resets your spawn position
- Holding shift while climbing will hang on to the ladder
- Spiders will no longer trample crops
- Sheep spawn in more colors. (Confirmed: Brown, Pink, light gray, dark gray, brown)
- Movement in flowing water is slower.
- Flowers and Mushrooms are more common.
- Cocoa Beans can be found in Dungeon chests.
- Wheat grows more quickly.
- The new default hotkey for the inventory is 'e'.
- Added new block, Locked Chest, also known as Steve Co. Supply Chest, same skin as chest, gives Team Fortress 2 type message box when right clicked, emits light, cannot be broken, can be destroyed by creeper.
- Bobbing has rumored to have been changed but I need to check.
Bug fixes:
- Zombies and Spiders now hurt you in all instances (previously could only hurt you if they were 1 block above your location).
- "Ghost" slimes on SMP have been fixed (unconfirmed).
New Bugs:
- Beds do not always work as a spawn point.
- Crafting wooden slabs, and redstone torches made your game crash, but it was stealth patched a few hours after release. The version number was not updated.
- Ladders, reeds and cactuses can be placed underwater, even with nothing to place them on. Cactuses can be placed even if not on sand (underwater)
- Hoeing dirt underwater works too.
Wolfies

Health:
- To tame a wolf, right click to give him a bone. Some wolves require more than one bone, and you will knw that you are successful when the wolf emits red hearts, and gets a red collar.
- Wolves mainly spawn in forest biomes, but will spawn in the Taiga biomes as well.
- Wolves will not attack creepers, but will attack all other mobs that you melee. Including cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens. They will not attack if you hurt mobs with anything besides a melee attack. You must physically hit the other mob in order for them to attack.
- Wolves like to attack sheep if they are not tamed, but can attack others as well. (except the player, unless the player provokes them)
- Mobs will not attack your wolves.
- If you hit an untamed wolf, it will turn hostile and attack you, but if you have tamed a wolf, it will not.
- Wolfies tails' will rise and fall depending on their health, which at the time of writing this, is guessed to be about 1̶.̶5̶-̶2̶ ̶h̶e̶a̶r̶t̶s̶. 10 Hearts tamed, 4 wild. If the tail is high, so is their health. If it is low, so will their health as well.
- Tamed wolves will whimper if they are low on health.
- You can restore wolves health with r̶a̶w̶ Cooked pork, but feeding them bread will actually hurt them.
- Wolves cant climb ladders, but will teleport to you if you get to far away, so long as they are not sitting down.
- Right click on a wolf to make them sit
They will not attack once told to do so though. - Wolves turn their head to the side and beg if the player is holding a raw pork or a bone.
- Wolves can swim, and will shake water droplets off of their bodies when exiting water. They can not dive though, and if for some reason one gets underneath a block while underwater, it will probably be stuck there until it dies.
Cookies

Crafting

Crafting

- Each cookie restores 1/2 a heart. A full stack of 8 will restore 4 hearts.
- Cookies need 2 wheat and 1 Cocoa Bean.
- Cocoa beans can be obtained in dungeons. As of right now, this is the only place to get them. There may be different ways to get them in the future though.
- Cocoa beans have been in the game since the 1.2 update, but were unobtainable unless inventory hacking. They were thought to be used to make a brown dye, but were removed.
Beds now act as a respawn point.
When a player dies, they will respawn at the last place they slept, if the bed still exists.

- Clicking go to store will bring you to this page:
Minecraft Store
(No you do not have to waste money to buy things in game) - This is entirely a joke on the Mann Co. Supply Crates from TF2. These chests serve no purpose, and are probably empty. Its probably an April fools joke.
- When you right click on a chest, the will emit (15) light.
- They are indestructible, except by TNT.
gonna have fun
