Hell_demon Unhandled exception

Started up a weeping queen run about 5 mins ago went to enter the commands and the hell demon consul gave me this error (Access to the path 'C:\VDC.txt' is denied.) anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Theres also more information i can pull up it appears to happen with any kind of command i put in so ya if you need more info i could gladly post.

you have to run the hell demon console on administration ,right click on it and chose to run administration .thats all.
