What gun/guns do you have?
And if say just do 3-burst while aiming at the chest

Change your Cross Hair to Type 3.It helps.And always try to aim at head.If it don't succeed aim at chest.

get a new computer

try practicing with k2

Use the Basic Training on Crossfire, have a few targets to practice your aim.
