Another question

can someone plz tell me if it is possible, and if so, tell how to do it. i want to be able to put a render on a background and make the outsides of the render fade into the background. thnx for any help

NVM everybody i found it out on my own

tell us how... was it an effect or you could just set ur brush to a nice round soft one,m get the eraser tool and erase it in with low strength....... or try maybe copy the layer a few times and then cutting the edges off slowly more each layer untill it fades. tell me how!
