@BenXer i mean like, its really simple to use, and it has basic things not like Photoshop, photoshop has filteres, blurs, brushes etc.

make sure you read the sections before posting

Paint.net is easy to understand

It has all the tools needed for BASIC texture mods. If you are going to do big advanced stuff you should get PS.

Photoshop - More for advanced mods, harder to understand and work with than gimp/paint
Paint.net - More for simpler mods but is possible to make a few kewl ones, pretty easy to understand
Gimp - Easy, more for simpler mods but is possible to make a few kewl ones, easy to understand

just my opinions on them

HOW CAN I OPEN IT WITH ANY OF THEM PROGRAMES ITS THE WRONG KINDDA FILEE
