Can't unlock attachment

I cannot unlock attachment.
after I use SCAR killing 10 people and get offline, then get online again, i found that all weapons i unlocked just became locked again, and so i can never unlock any attachment.
who can help me, thanks

You can't "restart" your levels. Just make a new account.

thats a problem 4 me .. so i get the game legal(limited edition) and i dont know and want to get a new key ..
or is there a way to delet a image and my acc data ar deleted ?

is reinstall a good option ?
