Why this hacktool not support chinese version

RT,I really want to use MAT AUTOMATION 1.0.0.7 ,and i also think it's the best hacktool for M.A.T,why we can't download and use it! I hope the next version will support chineseThe author of MAT AUTOMATION ,you are my God!!!Please~~~~~~~~
