[Help] My player returns all available Level 4

Well I went into the My player (Profile) every time I log on to MP it takes me back to level 4
For example I played when I got seven I went to the game after a few hours connecting player (profile) and see that I Level 4

How can I fix this?

I don't have this exact same problem, But i have a similar issue. I am level 50 *yay!* and after each match my weapon unlocks are reset, meaning i have to unlock them all over again, even my modules reset.

I heard somewhere in these forms that changing accounts would work, it hasn't.
