uTorrent will take hours with the 200 kb/s

32 bit (x86)

The 64 bit of Windows XP pro is very unstable and almost not used at all

I don't use uTorrent very often...one moment....oh....I never use it.
So my question: Why does it stops to download?! At 97,7% !!
UL-Rate is there, but no DL-Rate

hey you culd put it in an other way to download for slow computers this can take like 5 days to download!
