can someone tell me a good software to make UI of my form please ??

Me.TransparencyKey = Color.FromArgb(121, 121, 121)
use to creat custom form borders

When you call that on Load or Paint, all things with color 121,121,121 will be gone! and you can have form controls in different places.
so effectively, if you make the form maximized, control dragging (with some extra code ofc).
