Seen it, sadly they debunked it. Fake. BTW it was said to be captured by the Brazilian armed forces, not NASA, so title is wrong.

I do believe there must be intelligent life in the huge span that is the universe, after all we are nothing but dust mites compared to the size of the universe.

The concept for Rubber Johnny came from Cunningham's imagining a raver morphing as he danced. The idea evolved to the present film, in which Johnny (played by Cunningham) is an isolated deformed (possibly hydrocephalic) teenager kept on a wheelchair and locked in a dark basement with his chihuahua.

I can see if the original director being Chris Cunningham, tried to pass this off as a legitimate E.T. video, then sure..people would Logically try to debunk it..but wtf..watch the full 6 min video..it's clearly an experimental music video. Lol I don't know why the hell anyone would even think it's legit..
Anyway..that dog in the original video is fucking rad.
