You have to be sure there is no cold bloded perks there.( I can't see any.. )
Else the wallhack for GSC code I linked you above wont work. ( Then go to the link...blue text. )

And I don't see why you don't get it to work.

So if your the host, you get the Wallhack, and no one else...

Yes, you open the Hide and Seek folder and find the _rank.gsc ( It can also be named: _mission.gsc )
Open with notepad / ++

Scroll down to.
OnPlayerSpawned()

And do as I showed above.
