first close everthing but swift injector
second disable all you anti virus etc
my firewall was open when i disabled that it ran perfect

Run As ADMIN for the hack and crossfire is using
1.Vista
2.Windows 7

Run as admin.

Run both injector and CrossFire as admin.

Abnormal process means, that the process memory is to high.
So you need to upgrade you'r graphigs card, and RAM.
Or try to use one of these tutorials to reduce lagg:
