Call me a noob but... what is diffrent between a public hack and a private hack?

Public/One is free and most of the time has less features. Private/The other you have to pay for which includes more features
Public hacks are hacks that are published althrough the internet and are available to everyone who wants it. Private hacks are made only for one person, and thus are not shared with the internet but are kept to only one person. MPGH supports Public and VIP hacks (the VIP is gonna be finished soon).
Public hack is a hack that someone made to share with others.
A private hack is well..private, they just keep it to them selfs making it a lot harder for z8 to patch.
