2)gp hack
3)black market hack
4)anti kick program

There aren't any hacks for those.
Some of them are server sided.

There was an anti kick but Z8Games patched it.You just go to options and then save the game and you don't get kicked.

Would me shooting a baby in the face help you get these?

All server sided - it would be possible but it is soo very hard
