Close Crossfire, Press the PrintScreen button, Go to paint and paste it there... it may be your button that don't work.

1 download xfire like someone said, my friend has this problem and he uses xfire instead
2 just press print screen then copy and paste it in paint
3 download gadwin printscreen 4.5 thats a good printscreen-program i use
