I have NEVER EVER seen another hackers rank, and I tested this with my friend he had it on, and so did I, nothing showed for either of us, and we got our GP too..
Do people notice you level? I also notice you buy ranked stuff 
AWSOME I LOVE THIS THING Its freaking awsome and i make tons of money
Some people seem to be able to notice me getting the leveling... is this happening to anyone else?

I know how to do this but I have one question...
Why do I have to do this process everytime I load CA? Is there anyway where you could just save it so all you would have to do is load up the locked adresses or w/e?

I tried that but it doesn't work... =/
It won't work because it's RAM, Random Access Memory, meaning it's random every time.
