Need Leveler

Hey guys, I need someone to level my account from csm5 to 2lt. I currently have 25k XP needing only 15k to rank up. (I'm 60% to 2lt) I can offer 1k NX Per 1k XP.

I dont hack lag at all
I can get on Elim PRO 25-13 legit with no problem
I wanna do it because I have years that I dont level a low rank account, is gonna be very easy for me.

What are the requirements of leveling someone? Like... what do you have to do to be eligible to be in this group to help others?
