My friend is stealing her stepdad's iPad and is gonna give it to me. Apparently he has MobileMe and the serial written down. Besides an obvious restore, how could I keep him from finding it?

she's stolen 3 ipod touches and 1 ipod nano from him successfully. I have good chancesa of keeping this.
