Ballistic Slow Motion Mod

I really enjoyed IVANKEC's Snipe Slow Motion Mod and so i basically took his code and changed a few things

Thanks AZUMIKKEL because i borrowed a little bit of code ideas from your project




-In this mod you spawn with a ballistic knife and 2 tomahawks,
both of which have unlimited ammo and they quickly reload so you can shoot and throw them faster
-Everything is slow motion, but i increased the speed of your movement so you walk at a normal pace.
-Everything is cartoony so you can see the trail that your ballistic travels and also your tomahawk
-You also have killstreaks which are now set at spyplane, care package, and attack dogs
