If you mean when you lock your Exp at 1172999, and your rank keeps going up? No, you actually don't even get that rank. Sure, at the end of every game the Exp earned and GP earned is all messed up, but no, they cannot see it. It's all client sided.

They only see your rank at the end-game screen, it'll show the rank you hacked and LVLUP
