Auto-Ban Griefer Plugin

Hi guys, im back (cause I was so addicted to minecraft and my server....) and I am having a griefer problem, so to take matters into my own hands, I am thinking of making an anti-griefer plugin, which will have an auto roll-back and also ban/kick/jail a griefer if they grief, or if they come up in a database of known griefers (in which case they will be banned automatically if they grief...)

Anyone like?

Sure, but don't ban because they are know to grief, you never know, they might change

well, its perfectly "legal" (according to mpgh rules) to grief... you can't just bann people because they were playing the game the way its ment to be. but yes, i agree, griefers are fags, but hey, its just a game.

You don't get it, griefers are given 1 chance to be nice and not grief if they are in the database or else they will be banned.

Other than that, users are given 1-[admin set quantity] to not grief or else they will be jailed/ kicked/ banned (admin's choice).

Oh okay I see. Although, my friends and I always use a private server and give info to trusted members

"Lol this guy just got kicked for griefing"
"he was killing some dirt to make a house O:!"
"Oh, well he just got banned"
THAT will happen alot.

maybe make mpgh server whitelisted? or player only people who have player reccomendations? something that might keep newphags out?

Just whitelist the sever, to one person, then add another, then another, keep to that, when someone starts griefing you should be able to predict it was the latest guy let into the sever (dosnt always work)

OP was talking about a system for adding users to a list of bans. Its already been done. Anti-greifing plugins are plenty as well. Guardian being one of the bigger ones.

I tihnk he ment his own ban system for his sever.
theres still MANY griefers aroud :/
also anti-griefing plugins get annoying for leggit people wanting to make sometihing on a sever.

mpgh server definetly needs some land protect to people cant mess with our land

Griefing is how the can is suppose to be.

I hate griefing just cause it feels like all your hard work is worth... nothing.

But I do wish that every block you put down, can only be removed by you.

If somebody else does it, it'll be like mining obsidian with your bare hands.

Yeah, everyone has there own blocks, and there own special picks to remove them, that dont go away with death or be stolen
