They use there thousands of dollars to hire an expensive design team (them=manager) to draw sketches and mass-produce their shirts.

He's asking how to do the drawings not the shirts.

@AgentP They use a combination of illustrator and photoshop. It also requires a lot of patience and a lot of sketching.

It's really just sexy illustrating most graphic designers can pull of vectors like that

It's a combination between drawing and photoshop. Basically you draw most of it out and tweak some things here and there with some tools and then color it in.
