[ANSWERED]Another Noob Question

Hi,
so, in a question once Decobez posted, he asked about farming. So I answered the thread and he replied to me with this

/+repped
/req closed

So I ask you; what is +repping and how do you do that? Any help is welcome, and best answer gets a thanks.

+rep is like sayin thanks and adds to your reputation. You click the little medal down at the bottom left side of their post when you hover over it, it says (add to reputation).

Ok, I gave you a +rep, now could I get one back?
