Can i get banned when i use a mod/liberation in private match?

yes and ALL your steam games will be banned dont even try it, use it on a banned account

Liberation is just delaying the ban with few days maybe a week..

VAC also runs in private matches..

So the final conclusion is YES you will get banned.
