Vent Problem Help Please

Alright, So I downloaded vent and when i try to install it this just pop's up nothing else.

Yah my PC is 32bit and im installing 32bit, last time it worked when i installed, I removed like a month ago now it gives this erro.

Sec uploading vent for you just to make sure you ahve the right one.

I'll edit this post and get someone to approve it,sec.

Alright thank's.

I scanned the .exe at first and remembered .exes couldnt be uploaded so i just added it to a .rar and uploaded.
Let's hope i dont have to go back and scan the .rar
