.Its really easy, the login system is incorporated with this website, he makes it detect a ban them redirect to the ban page,just like a .NET program

The letters are also a lot thicker.
Notice how those letters are only 1 px thick. The one in OP is thicker, and darker.
Also, .jpgs sometimes get that weird pixelated look. Its why I use .png primarily.
