How do I restore my desktop if it wont lemme click anything? Like it will work for 3minutes then it will tame about 21 minutes for it to register that I click control pannel, or any other thing.

It wont read disks either. Im not buying anything cause im a cheap bastard.

What do I do?

run windows in safe mode with nothing on and see whats conflicting with your computer?

I propably have a virus on it because I have so much hacking shit on there and bootleg versions of all sorta games.

Check your comp for viruses, if not just stick in a windows disc and reformat that bowshit.
