Can someone upload the 1.4 .Minecraft server files for me?

go on the minecraft website
download page
server setup stuff should be at the bottom

Go get bukkit.
Simple. Then add plugins

I don't want 1.4_1, I want 1.4
Also, how can I make it so Non-premium users can join?
